The Management Board of the company under the name of Black Pearl Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs that on June 9, 2023 Mr. Adam Strużyk resigned from the function of Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer and from sitting on the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Management Board of the Company would like to thank Mr. Adam Strużyk for his commitment and performance of the function of a member of the Supervisory Board.
The Issuer will immediately take steps to supplement the composition of the Supervisory Board to the required number of members.

Zarząd spółki pod firmą Black Pearl Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”), niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 9 czerwca 2023 r. Pan Adam Strużyk zrezygnował z pełnienia funkcji Sekretarza Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta oraz zasiadania w Radzie Nadzorczej Spółki.
Zarząd Spółki składa serdecznie podziękowania Panu Adamowi Strużykowi za jego zaangażowanie i dotychczasowe pełnienie funkcji członka Rady Nadzorczej.
Emitent niezwłocznie podejmie działania zmierzające do uzupełnienia składu Rady Nadzorczej do wymaganej liczby członków.
