Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw hereby publishes the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2024.
Periodic reports in 2024 will be published before the end the following dates:
– quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 – February 14, 2024,
– quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – May 15, 2024,
– annual report of the Issuer for 2023 – May 31, 2024,
– quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024 – August 14, 2024,
– quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – November 14, 2024.

Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) z siedzibą w Warszawie niniejszym podaje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2024 roku.
Raporty okresowe w roku 2024 będą publikowane w następujących terminach:
– raport okresowy kwartalny za IV kwartał 2023 rok – 14 lutego 2024 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 rok – 15 maja 2024 roku,
– jednostkowy raport roczny Emitenta za 2023 rok – 31 maja 2024 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za II kwartał 2024 rok – 14 sierpnia 2024 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 rok – 14 listopada 2024 roku.
