Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that in execution of Resolution No. 1 of the Supervisory Board of the Company of March 10, 2023, it concluded with KLB AUDYT Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice (KRS 0000952240) an agreement to audit the financial statements for 2022 and 2023. At the same time, the Management Board informs that KLB AUDYT Sp. z o. o. is an audit firm within the meaning of the Act on Statutory Auditors, entered on the list of audit firms under number 4334.
Legal basis: § 3 sec. 1 point 11 of Annex 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje, że w wykonaniu Uchwały nr 1 Rady Nadzorczej Spółki z dnia 10.03.2023 r., zawarł ze spółką KLB AUDYT Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Katowicach (KRS 0000952240) umowę o przeprowadzenie badania sprawozdania finansowego za rok 2022 i rok 2023. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że KLB AUDYT Sp. z o.o. jest firmą audytorską w rozumieniu Ustawy o biegłych rewidentach wpisaną na listę firm audytorskich pod numerem 4334.
