publishes the Issuer’s annual report for the financial year 2022, together with attachments, that is:
1 /annual report including Management Board’s separate report on activities for the year 2022;
2 / separate financial statements for the year 2022;
3 / selected financial data of subsidiaries for the year 2022;
4 / opinion and report of the expert report on the unit audit
financial statements of the Issuer for 2022..
Legal basis:
§5 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with with §5 sec. 6.1. – 6.3. and §6 sec. 11 of Appendix No. 3 of Appendix No. 3 of the Alternative Trading System Regulations “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”
Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. (“Emitent”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości raport roczny Emitenta za rok obrotowy 2022, wraz z załącznikami, to jest:
1/ raportem rocznym zawierającym sprawozdanie Zarządu z działalności za rok 2022;
2/ jednostkowym sprawozdaniem finansowym za rok 2022;
3/ wybranymi danymi finansowymi spółek zależnych za rok 2022;
4/ opinią i raportem biegłego rewidenta z badania jednostkowego
sprawozdania finansowego Emitenta za rok 2022.
