With reference to the announcement regarding changes in the Supervisory Board of Black Pearl S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw, the Management Board encloses the curriculum vitae of the new Member of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Sylwester Foltyn.

W nawiązaniu do komunikatu dotyczącego zmian w Radzie Nadzorczej Spółki Black Pearl S.A. (dalej “Emitent”) z siedzibą w Warszawie, Zarząd przekazuje w załączeniu życiorys nowego Członka Rady Nadzorczej – Pana Sylwestra Foltyna.
