Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw, informs that on June 29, 2023, in the presence of Paweł Orłowski, notary public, running a notary office in Warsaw at ul. gen. Józefa Zajączka 8, the Ordinary General Meeting was held, which adopted, among others, a resolution on the dismissal of Mr. Adam Strużyk from the function of Member of the Supervisory Board and a resolution on the appointment of a new Member – Mr. Sylwester Foltyn, to the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board of the Company thanks Mr. Adam Strużyk for his involvement in the Supervisory Board and warmly welcomes the new Member of the Supervisory Board.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that it will provide the professional curriculum vitae of the new Member of the Supervisory Board in the next communication.

Zarząd Spółki Black Pearl S.A. (dalej “Emitent”) z siedzibą w Warszawie informuje, iż w dniu 29 czerwca 2023 roku, w obecności notariusza Pawła Orłowskiego, prowadzącej kancelarie notarialną w Warszawie przy ul. gen. Józefa Zajączka 8, odbyło się Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie, które podjęło między innymi uchwałę dotyczącą odwołania z funkcji Członka Rady Nadzorczej Pana Adama Strużyka oraz uchwalę dotyczącą powołania w skład Rady Nadzorczej nowego Członka – Pana Sylwestra Foltyna.
Zarząd Spółki dziękuje Panu Adamowi Strużykowi za jego zaangażowanie w Radzie Nadzorczej oraz serdecznie wita nowego Członka Rady Nadzorczej.
Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje że poda życiorys zawodowy nowego Członka Rady Nadzorczej w najbliższym komunikacie.
