The Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, “Company”) with its registered office in Warsaw informs that on December 21, 2023, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on appointing Mr. Chandra Sekar to the Issuer’s Management Board and entrusting him with the function of Vice-President of the Management Board. The resolution entered into force upon its adoption.
The Management Board informs that it will provide the professional curriculum vitae of the new Member of the Management Board in one of the following communications.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that as of December 21, 2023, Mr. Jacek Jakubowski was dismissed from the position of proxy. We would like to thank Mr. Jakubowski for his contribution to the development of the Company.

Zarząd Spółki Black Pearl S.A. (dalej “Emitent”, „Spółka”) z siedzibą w Warszawie informuje, iż w dniu 21 grudnia 2023 roku Rada Nadzorcza Emitenta podjęła uchwałę w sprawie powołania Pana Chandry Sekara w skład Zarządu Emitenta i powierzenia mu funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu. Uchwała weszła w życie z chwilą podjęcia.
Zarząd informuje, że poda życiorys zawodowy nowego Członka Zarządu w jednym z kolejnych komunikatów.
Jednocześnie, Zarząd informuje, iż z dniem 21.12.2023 r. Pan Jacek Jakubowski został odwołany z funkcji prokurenta. Dziękujemy Panu Jakubowskiemu za jego wkład w rozwój Spółki.
