Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw hereby publishes the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2023.
Periodic reports in 2023 will be published before the end the following dates:
– quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022 – February 13, 2023,
– quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 – May 12, 2023,
– annual report of the Issuer for 2022 – May 30, 2023,
– quarterly report for the second quarter of 2023 – August 11, 2023,
– quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 – November 13, 2023.

Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) z siedzibą w Warszawie niniejszym podaje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2023 roku.
Raporty okresowe w roku 2023 będą publikowane w następujących terminach:
– raport okresowy kwartalny za IV kwartał 2022 rok – 13 lutego 2023 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za I kwartał 2023 rok – 12 maja 2023 roku,
– jednostkowy raport roczny Emitenta za 2022 rok – 30 maja 2023 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za II kwartał 2023 rok – 11 sierpnia 2023 roku,
– raport okresowy kwartalny za III kwartał 2023 rok – 13 listopada 2023 roku.
