Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. _”Company”, “Issuer”_ with its registered office in Warsaw informs that it has received from Mr. Janusz Skopowski, pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, a notification regarding the number of the Issuer’s shares held by him and a related company.
