With reference to the EBI report 18/2022 of November 4th, 2022, the Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, “Company”) informs again that the shareholders entitled to the dividend for 2021 are those entitled to the Issuer’s shares on September 30th, 2022 (“dividend day”) and are able to prove it accordingly.
Following the shareholders’ requests, the Issuer informs that it allows for the possibility of proving the right to dividend by means of a document other than the registered certificate of deposit referred to in Art. 9 sec. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments. However, the right to dividend should be demonstrated in each case by submitting to the Issuer a document drawn up or confirmed by the appropriate brokerage house, which will show the number of Issuer’s shares held by the shareholder on September 30th, 2022.

W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego EBI nr 18/2022 z dnia 4 listopada 2022 roku, Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) ponownie informuje, że uprawnionymi do dywidendy za rok 2021 są akcjonariusze, którym akcje Emitenta przysługiwały w dniu 30 września 2022 roku („dzień dywidendy”) i potrafią to odpowiednio wykazać.
W związku z prośbami akcjonariuszy, Emitent informuje, że dopuszcza możliwość wykazania uprawnienia do dywidendy za pomocą innego dokumentu niż imienne świadectwo depozytowe, o którym mowa w art. 9 ust. 1 ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi. Wykazanie uprawnienia do dywidendy powinno jednak w każdym wypadku nastąpić poprzez przedłożenie Emitentowi dokumentu, sporządzonego lub potwierdzonego przez właściwy dom maklerski, z którego wynikać będzie liczba akcji Emitenta, które posiadał akcjonariusz w dniu 30 września 2022 roku.
