Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (hereinafter the “Issuer”) with its registered office in Warsaw, informs that on July 7th, 2022, it concluded an agreement to perform the function of an Authorized Adviser with Best Capital sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław (hereinafter the “Agreement”). The contract comes into force on the day of signing.
The contract concerns the performance of the obligation to conclude a contract with an Authorized Adviser to the extent specified in § 18 para. 2 point 3) and 4) of the Alternative Trading System Regulations, imposed by the Exchange Management Board by Resolution 567/2022.
Under the Agreement, the Authorized Adviser will cooperate with the Issuer, inter alia, when fulfilling the disclosure obligations by the Issuer and advising on the functioning of the Issuer’s shares in the Alternative Trading System.
